Our story
Phillip — Founder
Phillip & Co grew out of four years spent sourcing and setting up rent-to-serviced-accommodation and HMO deals across Greater Manchester. Owners kept asking the same thing — could you just run it for me?
So we built a dedicated short-stay management service for owners across Manchester — the city centre, Ancoats, the Northern Quarter, Salford Quays and the leafier suburbs — and now Leeds too.
We stay boutique on purpose. We take on properties we're proud of, treat guests like our own, and give owners the calm of knowing someone senior is always looking after their asset.
