Phillip & Co began as a small property practice looking after a handful of homes we knew well. As short-lets grew across Manchester, owners kept asking us the same thing — could you just handle it?

So we built a dedicated short-stay branch: a small, senior team of hospitality operators and property people, working with a curated set of owners across the Northern Quarter, Ancoats, Deansgate, Salford Quays and the leafier suburbs.

We stay boutique on purpose. We take on properties we're proud of, treat guests like our own, and give owners the calm of knowing someone senior is always looking after their asset.
