Phillip Properties Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. ICO registration number: 00013406427.

When you request a revenue estimate: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, the property's address, city and postcode, property type, bedrooms and bathrooms, whether you own it, availability, whether it's currently listed, your income target and any notes you add.

When you make a referral: your name, email and phone number, and the property owner's name, email, phone number, area and any notes you add. If you refer someone, please make sure they're happy for you to share their details with us.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to tell us.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare your revenue estimate and discuss our services with you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

To manage referrals and pay referral rewards.

We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to marketing emails without asking first.

Form submissions are saved in our database (hosted by Supabase via Lovable Cloud), copied to a private Google Sheet and sent to us by email through Google. Our website is hosted by Vercel.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see how many people visit, which pages they view and how fast pages load. These tools don't use cookies and don't identify you personally.

If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we manage your property and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and tax purposes. If you don't, we delete enquiry details within 24 months of your last contact with us.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email phillippropertiesltd@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.
