- What's your fee?
- We charge a straightforward percentage of the nightly rate, plus a one-off £150 setup fee (covers listing build, photography brief and onboarding). No cleaning mark-ups. We'll walk you through the exact numbers on the intro call.
- Do I need to be on Airbnb already?
- Not at all. We handle the listing setup, photography and syndication from scratch. Most of our owners come to us without a listing.
- What areas do you cover?
- Greater Manchester and Salford — city centre, Ancoats, Deansgate, Northern Quarter, Castlefield, Salford Quays and the surrounding suburbs.
- How long is the contract?
- 3-month minimum, then rolling month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
- What about damage or bad guests?
- Every stay is screened, ID-verified and covered by platform host guarantees. We also handle disputes and claims end-to-end.
